Co-Founder
Lucan Breedlove
Co-Founder Lucan Breedlove spent his early years serving his country as an United States Marine. Upon leaving the Marine Corps, Mr. Breedlove started climbing the ladder in Corporate America as an Automotive Executive. His hard work led him all the way to the top, he held the position of General Manager and Managing Partner of 3 very astute and well respected Luxury Automotive Brands; Jaguar North America, Land Rover North America, Infiniti North America.
Mr. Breedlove is no stranger to the best quality or dedication to excellence. With all of his success, Lucan Breedlove had an overwhelming desire to help move business forward for the generation he will one day leave behind. He decided it was time to walk away from the safety net of Corporate America and take a chance on himself. Lucan Breedlove launched Free-Favor LLC and Embrace Hair and Skin Care LLC. Simultaneously Lucan’s Business Partner and Founder of DRG recycling D. Rashaad Gordon decided to do the same.
Rashaad quickly took over South Florida and completely changed the way recycling commodities of value are handled.
After 4 years of unexpected growth Lucan and Rashaad decided to team up and expand the company into GA and the Carolinas. Paying homage to Marion S., a determined and successful South Florida business man and father of Lucan Breedlove and D. Rashaad Gordon, Marion Recycling Industries LLC was Born.

D. Rashaad Gordon
Co Founder D. Rashaad Gordon was born on December 2, 1990 in Fort Lauderdale Fl. He attended and graduated from Dillard High School (DHS), a prominent magnet school known for producing some of the world’s best athletes and most intellectual scholars. D. Rashaad excelled in both the classroom and on the basketball court. D. Rashaad’s contribution to his team was second to none, they were so dominant during his reign at DHS they warranted visits from current NBA players like Keyon Dooling of the Orlando Magic (also a DHS alumni) and Kobe Bryant of the LA Lakers.
Upon Graduation Rashaad went on to further his education and basketball career at Warner University. He played at Warner University for one year and transferred to Georgia Southern, a bonafide Division I competitor. After enduring a devastating back injury D. Rashaad decided to retire from the sport of basketball.
Soon after D. Rashaad started working in a recycling refinery. Being a sponge and always looking for ways to move the needle for mankind, he decided to commit his life to refining used oils. D. Rashaad went back to school to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Upon leaving school, Rashaad hit the ground running opening DRG Recycling LLC. With guidance from his business partner and sibling, he decided to focus primarily on processing used cooking oil and grease.
After having much success in a very competitive market like South Florida, D. Rashaad and Lucan decided to expand the business into Georgia and the Carolinas.
Both being middle aged men, they both understand charter of being men now. They understand the responsibilities that come with leaving a legacy and moving the needle for the next generation.
To do just that, they decided to open Marion Recycling Industries LLC (MRI). MRI exist to pay homage to their father Marion S. Senior. Hopefully, their work will carry his name into the future for generations to come.

JoJo Investment Group, Joseph Huber
Joseph Huber is from Los Angeles, California and currently resides in Evans, Georgia. He is married with two beautiful children.
Joseph started his professional career as an automotive recovery specialist, and quickly moved into business development. After increasing his company’s portfolio by 260 percent in less than 12 months, he decided to get formal sales training and put his skill up against the world’s best.
Joseph became an automotive sales professional and rapidly started climbing the ranks. Joseph excelled in all aspects of the industry. Working and dominating in all divisions associated with automotive sales and service, Joseph moved into sales management.
Joseph successfully held and executed the positions of Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Service Manager, and General Sales Manager. While climbing the ladder at a very high level Joseph learned the key to success in sales and that key was execution, the key to execution is delivering unparalleled service, and the key to out performing the expectation is training.
In 2020, Joseph launched JoJo Investment Group. JoJo Investment Group recruits, trains, and manages some of the best sales professionals the world has ever seen. JoJo Investments Group sets the bar high and expects excellence from its team.
In December 2022, Joseph Huber and JoJo Investment Group agreed to cultivate, manage, and maintain the entire Partner Portfolio for Marion Industries LLC. Together MRI and JoJo Investments Group will change the landscape for handling recyclable and renewable commodities.
